Product Quality: Our remanufactured wheel and rim products will fit right in your car wheel the first time, without the pain and aggravation that cheaper, generic wheel products can cause you. When you install one of our OE wheel or rim products, it will be exactly like the one you just removed.

Warranty Information: Lifetime Warranty on OE wheels, rims and hubcaps; 1-year warranty of wheel covers and Euro lights.

Cancellation & Return Policy: All returns shell be accompanied by an original receipt from supplier. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless caused by our error. We request that customers inspect all wheels upon delivery. Online orders may be cancelled prior to shipping without any charges. We will not return any merchandise that has been painted, installed or altered by the consumer. Returned merchandise must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box.

A. 12.95 for 13-17", 19.95 for 18"-21" + 3.00 handling per order.
    (a set of 16" would be 15.95 for the 1st and 12.95 additional)

Q. Are the prices listed per set?
A. No, unless otherwise stated these prices are per wheel.

Q. What information is needed in the "billing info" section? Is that the same as where I am shipping my wheel?
A. No! Please input the address where you receive your credit card/bank statement every month.

Q. I only have yr make and model information available. Can you look up parts by application?
A. No. Unfortunately we can only cross reference by the catalog/stock # listed on the website.

Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A. Yes. The customer is responsible for all taxes duties and fees incurred after the product reaches the us/Canada border

Q. I placed my order online but I haven't received confirmation yet. What happened?
A. The majority of e-mail providers use a "spam" filter. Our emails are often re-directed to your "spam" or "bulk" folder. Please add the address sales@wheels-and-rims.com to your "safe" list.

Q. I placed my order online and the status is listed on the website as "in locate" what does this mean?
A. The product you ordered was out of stock. We are attempting to find the product for you and when we do we will notify you and ask if you still wish us to ship the product. Your credit card will not be charged until you authorize it.
